Kevin Lockett is a certified DDPY instructor (https://www.ddpyogacertification.com/certified-members/)click on Oregon state.
I am insured and CPR/First AID certified.
I have utilized the DDPY system to reverse my Pre-Diabetic condition, High blood pressure and also lost 100 pounds, in addition to gaining increased flexibility, core strength and enhanced cardiovascular conditioning.
As an instructor my goal is to help other people to improve their health and own their life thru a system that anyone can learn.

DDPY is a combination of old-school calisthenics, rehabilitation principles, basic yoga positions, core strength-training, and slow-motion Dynamic Resistance. This combination gives you an aerobic, no impact workout, and adds strength and endurance to everything you do. You’ll strengthen your core from start to finish, sweat like crazy, increase your flexibility, and turn fat into lean muscle.
